New Operators are also eligible to receive a $1,000 hiring bonus ($500 upon successful completion of training and $500 after the probationary period).
Pay
Bus Operators will earn $19.40/hour during their nine-week training. After training, operators will work 40 hours per week with potential opportunity for overtime. The wage rates are negotiated as part of the collective bargaining and follow the progression rate listed below.
